Plans change — especially in youth sports. Here’s how rescheduling and cancellations work.

Rescheduling

Need to move your booking to a different game or date? Give us at least 24–48 hours’ notice before the scheduled shoot and we’ll reschedule at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Late changes

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a free reschedule, since that time is set aside specifically for your athlete or team. Reach out anyway — we’ll always try to work something out.

Game postponed or cancelled by the league?

That’s not on you. If a game is postponed or cancelled by the league, school, or weather with no notice possible, we’ll move your coverage to the makeup game or another mutually convenient date at no charge.

Cancelling outright

If you need to cancel your booking entirely rather than reschedule, let us know as early as possible — see our Refund Policy for how payment is handled.
