These Terms & Conditions govern all photography and videography services provided by Showcase You LLC (“Showcase You,” “we,” “us”) to clients who book coverage of youth athletes, teams, and events (“you,” “the client”). By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Showcase You provides game-day highlight films, athlete feature films (The Showcase), post-game interviews, and photography for youth sports and events across the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas. Exact deliverables, formats, and turnaround times are listed on our Packages page and confirmed with you at booking.
Booking & payment
A booking request is not confirmed until we’ve reviewed the details and full payment has been received. Full payment is due at the time your date and coverage are confirmed — we don’t require payment just to submit an inquiry.
Delivery
Interviews and game-day coverage are delivered within 72 hours of the event. The Showcase feature film is delivered within 7 days. Delivery times assume the game or event takes place as scheduled and usable footage is captured (see Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control below).
Weather & circumstances beyond our control
Youth sports happen outdoors and on tight schedules. If a game or event is postponed, shortened, or cancelled by the league, school, or weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge under our Cancellation Policy. If equipment failure or another circumstance outside our control prevents us from capturing usable footage, we will reschedule or issue a full refund for that booking, your choice.
Use of footage and photos
Every family and team receives full personal sharing rights to their delivered footage and photos: post it, print it, send it to family, keep it forever. Showcase You also retains the right to post highlights, films, and photos to our own website and social media to showcase our work, unless you tell us otherwise. We never publish a minor’s full name, school, or schedule without a parent or guardian’s acknowledgment. For an athlete you book with us, payment for our services is that acknowledgment (see Parent/guardian consent below). Either way, we’ll take a post down on request, no questions asked.
Parent/guardian consent
By booking coverage of an athlete under 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or have that person’s permission to book on their behalf. Payment for our services serves as the parent or guardian’s acknowledgment and release for Showcase You to film the athlete and to publish the finished work, including their name, jersey number, school, class and public social handles, on our website and social media.
Liability
Showcase You is not responsible for injuries, incidents, or events that occur during a game or event we are covering. Our role is strictly to film and photograph.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one in effect.
